Financial Questions
Questions about finances
The cost of your tattoo depends on various factors such as size, detail, and placement. For an accurate price quote or a non-binding appointment request, please fill out our inquiry form and include relevant information and photos, or get advice directly at our studio. We can then give you a more precise estimate.
The deposit secures your appointment and covers part of the planning and preparation costs. It ensures that the artist has the necessary time to prepare your design and secures your place in the schedule.
If you cancel your appointment 72 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Otherwise, we have to retain a cancellation fee of at least €200. If you do not show up for the agreed appointment without timely cancellation, your entire deposit will be forfeited. This is because the tattoo artist has reserved time and resources for you that cannot be used otherwise. However, if we have to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will of course receive your deposit back in full.
Each tattoo artist settles their own accounts at our studio. Therefore, please ask your artist or our shop manager about the correct payment method before your appointment. Most accept cash or PayPal. The deposit can usually be made by bank transfer or PayPal, while the remaining amount must be paid in cash on the day of the tattoo.
Currently, we do not offer financing options. We recommend saving for your tattoo and planning the costs in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, part of the deposit (€200) will be retained. With timely notification, we will try to arrange a new appointment with the same deposit.
Occasionally, we offer special promotions or discounts, especially during specific events. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay informed about such offers.
